Tier 1 fee is credited toward full expert retention if counsel proceeds within 60 days.

Tier 2: Focused Causation Opinion — $6,500
Up to 12 hours · 10 business day turnaround
A structured written opinion addressing a specific toxicologic, pharmacologic, or impairment-
related causation question, supported by current peer-reviewed literature and rendered to a
reasonable degree of scientific certainty.
Includes
• Comprehensive review of relevant records (up to 1,500 pages)
• Targeted peer-reviewed literature analysis
• Written opinion letter (3–4 pages)
• Opinions rendered to a reasonable degree of scientific certainty
• Two 30-minute consultation calls with counsel
Tier 2 fee is credited toward full expert retention if counsel proceeds within 90 days.

work-product privilege. It is not a Rule 26 expert disclosure and is not intended for production, deposition
use, or trial admissibility without separate written retention as a testifying expert.

Tier 3: Pre-Litigation Strategic Consult — $10,000
Up to 18 hours · 15 business day turnaround
A high-level consulting engagement designed for matters approaching litigation, expert
disclosure, or strategic filing decisions. Intended for counsel who need a defensible scientific
foundation before committing to a litigation theory or expert designation.

• Two 60-minute strategy calls with counsel
